We knew when we started Nooshè that this day would come. 
As self confessed connoisseurs of all things sugar, spice & nice -- our cravings extend far beyond the sweet and must be satiated so we are proud to present our very first spice mix, Pataka Podi. 

Formulated and tweaked to perfection by a fellow foodie, S.D.Burman, this custom mix has been blended to serve the perfect punch with every bite. A special surprise ingredient adds an unexpected twist that elevates this mix to fly far beyond the boundaries of where it originated - we have been adding it to everything from grilled cheese sandwiches to popcorn to french fries, and we're not done yet.
