RETURN, REPLACEMENT & CREDIT POLICY
We adhere to the highest quality standards and take great care in deliveries.
- We do not accept and returns or exchanges given the nature of our products.
In the rare instance products reach you in a broken state, please note below the return policy.
- Pieces that are received as damaged will be replaced if the Customer contacts Nooshè with a photograph of the damage or defect within 24 hours of the product delivery.
If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, Nooshè will either replace the damaged products or issue a credit note (that will be valid for a period of 3 months). This is based on our discretion and assessment of the situation.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- If you feel that the taste and other attributes of the products are not as per your expectations, we request you to write to noosheindia@gmail.com clearly explaining why. This helps us in improving our quality to give you a better experience next time. However, Nooshè retains the right to accept or deny the complaint on the basis of what was promised on the website and general characteristics of the product delivered.
- Exchanges are not acceptable as items sold on our website are perishable products.
